We would like to apologise for any confusion that has been caused by the Government changing their plans regarding the Fu & Covid vaccination rollout.

However, the latest decision has now been finalised and we are happy to announce that we are able to now offer both the Flu and Covid vaccinations at the same time and we are going ahead with the first clinic on the 16th September.

Our clinics will be held at Brookside Surgery, Brookside Close, RG6 7HG.

Please look out for a text inviting you to book your appointment. We will also contact those patients who are registered as housebound patients to arrange for us to visit you.

We have been advised that the following cohorts will be eligible:

• Residents in a care home for older adults
• All adults aged 65 years and over
• Persons aged 6 months to 64 years in a clinical risk group
• Frontline health and social care workers
• Persons aged 12 to 64 years who are household contacts of people with immunosuppression

Please note we are only able to offer Covid vaccines to eligible patients aged 18 and over.

All children aged 2 or 3 years on 31/08/2023 are eligible for a nasal flu vaccination, children aged 4-16yrs will be offered flu vaccinations at school.
