All eligible patients will be sent their invitations to book their vaccinations via Anima or speak to our reception team for more information.
Patients eligible for a Flu vaccine are:
- Residents in a care home for older adults
- All adults aged 65 years and over
- Persons aged 6 months and over who are at risk (see leaflet for full condition list)
- Flu is offered to all 2-3 year olds

Patients eligible for a Covid vaccine are:
- Residents in a care home for older adults
- All adults aged 75 years and over
- Persons aged 18 and over who are immunosuppressed
- Persons aged 6 months – 18 years who are immunosuppressed are eligible for the Covid vaccine but will need to book this via the National Booking System as we are unable to do these vaccinations at the surgery.

What if I just want a flu vaccination?
Come to one of our flu only clinics on a Saturday bookable via Anima or reception.
Will I be able to choose which Covid vaccine I receive?
At this time, individual choice of Covid vaccine is not available. Vaccinations will be administered based on the supplies provided to us by national health authorities.
Am I eligible for vaccines this year?
The criteria for flu and covid are different. Please visit the covid and flu page of our website for the inclusion criteria. We will contact all eligible patients.
Where will the clinics be?
Our flu only clinics will mostly be running at Chalfont Surgery Saturdays and our covid only clinics will be running Monday-Friday at Brookside Surgery.
What about housebound patients?
We will be contacting housebound patients directly to book a time for their covid and flu vaccinations.
