If you think you may have swine flu, ask yourself the following questions:

1. Are you suffering from a high temperature?

If “Yes”, are you suffering from any of the following:

• Cough
• Sore throat
• Runny nose
• Limb or joint pain
• Headache
• Nausea/vomiting?

If you have a high temperature and any two from this list, then ask yourself:

2. Have you returned from Mexico or the United States in the last seven days?

3. Are you aware of anyone with whom you have had close contact (closer than one metre for more than one hour) who has been suspected of having swine flu in the last seven days?
